Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Customized or sale items are non-refundable.

  • Exchange or store credit may be offered for size issues.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
